A Celebration of Self Discovery

"Trusting the universe is a promise to provide not only for needs but for the fulfillment of deepest desires."

Feeling good today after a rejuvenating yoga session last night and this morning. Surprisingly, I received a compliment on my form, a proud moment considering most of my yoga practice has been at home. As I continue to refine my balance, I can't wait to master more advanced poses.

Embracing the slower pace of life, I'm learning to appreciate each moment. My focus remains on attracting and retaining ideal clients, allowing me to contribute positively to marriages and individual self-worth.

The universe has been kind, providing what I need at the perfect moments. Consistently recognizing this, I trust that the universe will also manifest my deepest desires. Gratitude fills my heart as I reflect on the blessings I've received – love, friendships, invaluable assistance, and the privilege of maintaining a flourishing, self-employed practice.

I’ve been harnessing the power of being open to receiving. It is not a passive act but an art form, requiring vulnerability, trust, and a profound connection with one's self-worth. It involves acknowledging that we are deserving of the gifts life has to offer and understanding that receiving is not a sign of weakness but a testament to our interconnectedness with the world.

In a world that often glorifies self-sufficiency, the idea of opening ourselves to receive may feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar. However, it is in this space of openness that we invite the universe's abundant energy to flow into our lives. Whether it's love, opportunities, or support, being receptive allows us to welcome the unexpected and bask in the beauty of life's surprises.

The first step toward mastering the art of receiving is cultivating a mindset of abundance. By releasing scarcity thinking and embracing the belief that there is more than enough to go around, we create a welcoming space for blessings to enter our lives. This shift in perspective transforms receiving from a passive act into an intentional, magnetic force that draws positivity and fulfillment.

Gratitude is a powerful companion on the journey of receiving. Expressing gratitude for the blessings we already have opens our hearts to more abundance. It acts as a magnetic force, attracting positive energy and aligning us with the universal flow of generosity.

With profound love, I trust the universe to fulfill my deepest desires and needs. Pleasure becomes fuel for life, and I express thanks for all the blessings I've encountered. A refreshing weekend with the Chicks N Charge, coupled with gratitude for new and returning clients, solidifies my sense of being exactly where I need to be. I appreciate my ability to acknowledge personal growth and accomplishments, fostering a high vibration of love and acceptance. As I envision and move towards my future, I'm grateful to witness it unfold according to my dreams.

As a relationship therapist and coach, I often encounter stories from both men and women who feel victimized by their partners. While some cases involve genuine harm, many examples revolve around self-imposed sacrifices—acts made without the other person even requesting them. I frequently hear about unspoken truths and unexpressed desires. Women often use the word “sacrifice”, claiming they’ve given up so much for their partners. However, when asked whether their partner explicitly requested these sacrifices, they usually admit that no such request was made. In reality, their partners didn’t deny their desires; the women denied themselves. They chose to: Reduce contact with friends to prioritize family time. Forego careers or education due to perceived limitations. Avoid playing favorite songs because of their partner’s preferences. Why do we interpret someone's dislike of our choices as a mandate to change our entire lives? Some women inadvertently limit themselves based on others' preferences and then blame those others. Here’s the truth; no one forces you to change–you made that choice. As mothers, we must indeed need to be loving, attentive, nurturing, and supportive. However, this does not mean sacrificing our individuality. Our music, clothing, and entertainment preferences are a part of who we are. Let’s reject the notion that being a good parent requires suppressing our truest selves.

As we celebrate International Women's Day, it's the perfect time to reflect on the incredible strength, resilience, and beauty that resides within each and every one of us. Today, we honor the women who came before us, paving the way for our rights and freedoms, and we celebrate the women who stand beside us, forging paths of empowerment and inspiration. In the spirit of this momentous occasion, I invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment – a journey that will awaken your inner goddess and unleash the boundless power that lies within you. Too often, we find ourselves stifled by societal expectations and the pressures of everyday life. We suppress our desires, silence our voices, and dim our light in fear of judgment or rejection. But now, my dear sisters, it's time to reclaim our power and embrace our true selves unapologetically. In our world of endless distractions and noise, it's easy to lose sight of who we are and what we truly desire. But deep within each of us lies a sacred wellspring of wisdom and intuition – our inner goddess – waiting to be awakened and heard. On April 17th, I will begin my 12-week online women's course. Here, we will work together to learn to speak your deepest desires, embrace your sensuality, and reclaim your power with courage and grace. So, my dear sisters, I urge you to seize this moment and embrace the goddess within you. Let your light shine brightly and your voice be heard. Together, we can create a world where every woman feels empowered to live her truth and express her desires freely. Join me on this empowering journey and awaken the goddess within. Together, we will rise.
