• Courting in a relationship or marriage.
• Making connections between health, sexual vitality, and relationship harmony.
• Heart, Eros Meditation to open your heart, even with past, painful experiences.
• The difference between normal sex and conscious sex.
• Introduction to Partnered Body Consciousness Meditation.
• Experiential exercises in body mapping, (sensate focus).
• Tips and practices for increasing connection, awakening desire, and asking for your desire.
• Learning to ask for what you want in a rewarding way.
• Learn a better understanding of boundaries, new agreements, and communication skills.

We are committed to helping individuals learn to love themselves. Giving and receiving massage is an excellent way to connect in a mind, body, and spirit way. When one feels disconnected, touch can help bridge that gap. At times an individual is in physical pain and therefore will isolate; massage is a pathway to connection, an easy “yes” for most people. 

In this class, you will learn how to use massage (touch) and breath work to awaken and connect. You will be taught actual massage techniques. This class will also incorporate some tips on how to set the mood, get into your body and speak from your desire. All of this will create more connection within yourself and between partners. One must first learn to connect with self before one can connect with others.

This is an introduction to the fundamentals of exploring in the bedroom, including the topics of consent and negotiation, asking for what you want, safety, types of play, using household items to spice up your bedroom, and more. Participants will gain the knowledge to pursue their after-hours explorations and experiences more confidently. 

In this class, we will be exploring the five senses as they relate to sensuality in connection with self. When one feels disconnected from self or others they can implore the 5 senses (especially touch, sight and smell) to bring connection back to the self and others.

Getting in touch with the five senses allows us to better understand our own path to arousal. As it is important to understand what turns us on and what turns us off, sensually. Anyone that has ever desired to better understand their own emotions, desire, and needs would benefit from taking this class.

If you have ever desired to have a positive influence on someone else’s arousal or emotional state, you too can benefit from this class and getting a sense of the vast possibilities of arousal influencers.

This is a fun and interactive class designed to work for individuals or couples taking the class. The only things you need to bring are yourself and an explorative mind. If you have any food, perfume, or other allergies beyond nature or medications, please let us know in advance.

LOVE THYSELF WOMEN'S  12 WEEK COURSE 

It’s time to step into the lovely and empowered highest version of yourself that’s always been there for you.

In this 12 week course you will learn to speak your deepest desires and live fully in your pleasure. You will work on methods to get out of your head and be in your body, to ignite the desire within. When you connect to yourself and your pleasure you are better able to receive the love and connection of others. Without self love, you are not able to receive, A few of the topics we will focus on are:

• Using the 5 senses to cultivate pleasure.
• Somatic CBT for emotional regulation and decrease stress.
• Embodiment of Emotions.
• Breath work to de-armour your body, including the vulva and G-spot.
• My signature Love Thy Self meditation.
• Pussy reclamation
• The difference between female and male arousal.
