Intimacy Coach and Sexologist

Hello, I’m Charity, your holistic sex and relationship sexologist. I am an intimacy coach, certified sex therapist, somatic sex educator, and certified orgasmic meditation life coach and trainer. I am passionate about positive sex education and empowering individuals to love themselves and live authentically. The most fulfilling part of the day is witnessing clients reach greater happiness and satisfaction with themselves and/or in their relationships.

Doing the hard work to overcome ongoing challenges in the relationship takes bravery. Overcoming trauma, resentment, poor communication, and conflict, infidelity, sexless marriage, or opening up the relationship is not for the faint of heart and often requires guidance from a third party. When working with me, we will discuss the past hurts, and resentments, identify goals, set agreements and design a clear path for you and your relationship.

My niche is improved intimacy, sex and relationship dynamics using positive sex education, teaching mindfulness and conscious communication. My target audience are couples dedicated to remaining married because they love each other and have a solid foundation. They tend to be on a healing journey. They are willing to examine their own part in the disconnect, be vulnerable honest, and learn new skills. They are financially blessed. They are willing to make the financial and time commitment They understand it takes work.

Every individual’s needs are unique. Every couple’s needs are unique. That’s why I work with you to create personalized plans meeting your specific desires, needs, and goals. My approach is non-judgmental, respecting individual values, preferences, and backgrounds. Desire OKC is LGBTQ+ sensitive and we support kink/fetish, polyamorous, and other non-traditional relationship configurations. Even I have a unique story.

My methods include carefully helping you analyze the root of your concerns, building healthy communication skills, setting boundaries, and ultimately overcoming emotional or relational challenges.
